Business Plus Additional User

If you own or are ordering Business Plus and would like to have additional users login and use SellerDeck, you'll need an additional user license. SellerDeck Business Plus supports up to 4 users.

SellerDeck Business Plus extends the capabilities of SellerDeck Business for larger companies requiring multi-site management and multi-user order processing and content management. SellerDeck Business Plus enables the creation and management of an unlimited number of sites together with the option of adding multiple user licences for simultaneous use on networked PCs.

Easy to use Windows interface
SellerDeck Business Plus presents a familiar and easy to use Windows interface with Start Up and Design Wizards to get you up and running quickly.

Flexible product catalog
Managing your product catalogue is made easy with the Explorer-style ‘drag and drop’ interface. Select from a number of product page layout options to display up to 20,000 products with further flexibility to create unlimited sections and subsections, product variations and components. SellerDeck Business Plus also supports downloadable, digital products such as mp3 music files.

Customisable store design and layout
The design module provides complete flexibility to design your store in the way you want to. Select and amend from a range of pre-designed themes, mix and match elements from the design library and edit colour schemes, fonts and layouts to create your own unique, customised store. Preview your site in real-time as you go.

Sophisticated order processing and customer management
SellerDeck Business Plus provides all the functionality included in SellerDeck Business including features to improve customer service and order processing efficiency, particularly for businesses taking orders through online and mail or telephone channels. The mail order/telephone order (MOTO) screen enables the input of orders directly into SellerDeck.

Dealing with other businesses or customers on a regular basis is made easier by setting up customer accounts or groups, and applying specific criteria (discounts, messages, payment methods).

Advanced marketing and merchandising features
SellerDeck Business Plus provides all the marketing and merchandising features included in SellerDeck Business to assist in growing your online business. Use sophisticated merchandising techniques to increase sales including multiple use coupons, ‘buy one get one free’, discounts based on quantity or specific products ordered and ‘Also Bought’ lists to show products others have purchased.

Integration with other systems
SellerDeck Business Plus provides integrations with Quickbooks Accounting software and SellerDeck EPOS for businesses with a physical retail shop. These facilities allow the transfer of orders and other data between the systems to assist in improving operation of your business.

Multi-user and multi-site management
SellerDeck Business Plus enables order processing and catalogue content management simultaneously on multiple networked PCs (up to 4 users) together with the ability to manage multiple online stores with a single licence. SellerDeck Business Plus is supplied with a single user licence as standard with the option of adding up to 3 additional users (additional licence cost).

Network Requirements and Environment
100 Mbps or greater Local Area Network. Not recommended for use on a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or wireless solutions.
Business Plus requires access to a shared database. This database must be located on a shared drive that has 'Full Control' permissions available to all user installations on the network.
Administrative access to the PC is required for all installations and operation of Business Plus. Internet access.
To increase performance, Actinic recommends the shared database is stored on the machine that is used most frequently for accessing Business Plus, in particular the machine that is used to upload the site.
Each Business Plus user installation requires a separate licence key.
In a multi user environment up to 4 users can access the system (with the appropriate licence) and all users must be on the same operating system.

Optional Bar Code Readers
If bar codes are to be used Actinic Business Plus requires a bar code reader. Actinic Business Plus outputs letters read from the bar codes in uppercase only. The font used is ID Automation font at a size of 14pt. The bar code format is code 39.
